Font of choice (I used My Nerd)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Please remember to stop and save often.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Add drop shadow of choice as you go. Refer to my example as needed, merge layers down as needed to make things a little eaiser.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Let's Rock this Tutorial!! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Open paper several papers of choice. Minamize for later use.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Go to large circle layer, Open paper image3, go to Selections-All-Float-Defloat. Add new raster layer and paste into selection. Delete original layer.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Do this to all the smaller circles except circle 3 and to frame the background and frame. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
For circle 3, open button 2, resize 134x139 pixels, copy and paste as a new layer and arrange to fit over circle 3.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Open butterflywireframe of choice, arrange above the large circle layer.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Add tube of choice, arrange and resize to fit to liking inside the frame. Go to Effects-PhotoEffects-Black and White film with setting to your liking. Go to your layer properties and set to overlay. Go to your frame background, go to Selections-All-Float-Defloat-Invert go to the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Duplicate 3 times so you have 4 layers. Arrange one to the second circle at the top, go to that circle, go to Selections-All-Float-Defloat-Invert go to the tube layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard. Do this with another tube but placing it in the circle under the button layer. Leave the last two layers where they are, do not merge down, it will lighten it up, to me it just looks better.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Open the stat element, resize to 179x103 pixels, arrange to the bottom of the frame background layer.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Add wordart of choice, resize to likin, go to Selections--All-Float-Defloat-Modify-Expand by 3. Add a new raster layer, arrange below the wordart and flood fill with color of choice.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Add Stethascope resize to 92x178 pixels, arrange to the top of the wireframe, to make it look like a part of it is going throught the frame, with your eraser tool set to a small size setting, I used 4, carefully erase a very small portion of the stehascope.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Open IVdrip, resize to 143x423 pixels, arrange to the right of the image. Add tube of choice, and arrange above the IV drip. If using the same tube and you want her arm to 'wrap around' the drip, first you will add a dropshadow of choice, then duplice the tube and arrange one below the drip, go to the top tube and carefully erase a very small portion of the arm Go to the bottom tube and carefully erase most of the tube except the portion of the arm. this way the shadow isn't too much on the tube.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Add anyother elements of choice.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Add name , Copyright info, license and save!</div>

Go to the copied layer and set the visiablity to around 50, you may want to play with it and see what you come up with. Add sand element, resize to liking and arrange at bottom of the image.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Add full tube of choice, arrange just to the right of the larger tube. I cannot tell you how to make it look like she's in water, this is how the tube came.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
(If you do not want to animate, add crab, beach ball and any other elements of choiceand save.)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Now for the animations!!</b> </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>First we'll do the crab:</b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Open the crab resize 88 x 60. Arrange to the far left of the image. Using either the numbers and abc's, save this as 1.jpg somewhere where you can find it later. Move the crab over just a little to the right, and save this as 2.jpg continue doing this untill you have 7 images.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<b>Now for the Ball:</b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Open the ball and resize 88 x 88, now resize the canvas size to: 200 x 200. Arrange the ball almost to the bottom of the image. Go to Effects-Ulead Effects Gif-X 2.0. Using these settings: Vertical direction checked; Completion: 14; Volicity: 50; Compress: 50; Resistance: 50; Fit to background checked; Key frame control set at 1/15 frames. Save where you can find it later and press cancel. Close out ball element without saving any changes.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Now go to Animation Shop. Open Animation Wizard. Make sure that 'Same size as the first image frame' is checked. Click next. Check Transparent and click next. Make sure 'Centered in the frame' and 'With the canvas color' is checked. Click next. Make sure 'Yes, repeat the animation indefently' is checked and click next. Click on 'Add image' and find the banners you made, add each one 1-7 and then each one again but this time 7-1 and then 1 again, this should give you 15 frames. Click next. Once animation shop is finished building the animation click finish button.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Now, open the bouncing ball you created with Ulead Effects. Press Ctrl A on your keyboard then Ctrl x. Go to the Banner and press Ctrl A then Ctrl E, once the ball shows up, arrange to the right of the tube. The first ball in the first frame should be in middle of the tag between the tube and icechest. You may want to play around with this until you have the ball correctly placed to your liking.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

**Merge layers down as needed to make things a little eaiser.<br />
<br />
Let's Rock this Tutorial!! <br />
<br />
Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Resize canvas to 800 x 800, you can resize and/crop later. Close the original.<br />
<br />
Open papers 1, 2, 8 and 21. Resize as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I've opened paper1, it tells me what percentage I'm viewing it at. For me it's usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you've done this, minimize for later use.<br />
<br />
Go to the Rectangle layer, paste paper8 as a new layer, you may want to resize a little smaller to fit inside the rectangle. Go to the original rectangle layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat-Invert, go to paper8 layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Delete original layer. <br />
<br />
Go to the Square layer, paste paper21 as a new layer, you may want to resize a little smaller to fit inside the square. Go to the original Square layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat-Invert, go to paper21 layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Delete original layer. <br />
<br />
Add clover of choice as a new layer, resize to fit over original clover and delete original clover layer.<br />
<br />
Add circle frame of choice as a new layer, resize and arrange to fit around the big clover and on top of the Small Clovers, delete the Small Clovers.<br />
<br />
Add horseshoe as new layer, resize and arrange to the bottom right of the clover.<br />
<br />
Go to the Bigger Rectangle layer, paste paper2 as a new layer, you may want to resize a little smaller to fit inside the rectangle. Go to the original bigger rectangle layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat-Invert, go to paper2 layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Delete original layer. <br />
<br />
Go to the Bigger Frame Rec layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat-Modify and contract by 10, Select-All-Float-Defloat-add new raster layer and flood fill with #fec472 Delete original layer. Do the same with the Smaller Frame Rec layer.<br />
<br />
Go to the Smaller Rec layer, paste paper1 as a new layer, you may want to resize a little smaller to fit inside the rectangle. Go to the original bigger rectangle layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat-Invert, go to paper1 layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Delete original layer. <br />
<br />
Add ivy from kit, resize and arrange on top of the bigger rec. frame on the left side. Duplicate layer, Mirror and arrange on the right side of the bigger rec. layer.<br />
<br />
Add ribbons of choice, resize and arrange to fit inside the smaller rec.layer.<br />
<br />
Add St. Patty's day banner of choice, resize and arrange to the bottom left of the tag, over the wordart 'Happy St. Patty's Day'.<br />
<br />
Go to the Drink - Happy Paddy's Day layer, carefully click inside the 'Drink' Go to Selections-Float-Defloat-Modify-Expand by1. Add new raster layer and flood fill with #fec472. Add fat gradient glow of choice. Delete original layer.<br />
<br />
Paste paper4 as a new layer, you may want to resize a little smaller to fit over the 'Green' wordart. Go back to wordart layer, click inside the 'Green'.<br />
Go to Selections-Float-Defloat-Modify-Expand by1. Go back to paper4 layer and hit the delete key on they keyboard.<br />
<br />
Go to the wordart layer, carefully click inside the 'until you're'. Go to Selections-Float-Defloat-Modify-Expand by1. Add new raster layer and flood fill with #fec472. Add fat gradient glow of choice. Delete original layer. Arrange this layer above the 'Green' layer.<br />
<br />
Add tube of choice, arrange to fit inside of bigger rec frame. Duplicate and arrange above the smaller rect frame. Carefully erase parts that are 'behind' some of the ivy on the right and at the bottom, so the tube's not hanging over it at the bottom of the frame.<br />
<br />
To add name in a circle like I did. Go to your preset elispe tool using these settings: Show Nodes and Create as Vector checked, line style set at a solid line and the width set to 2.00, color set to white, draw out a circle. It's important that you keep this layer visable and do not convert to a raster layer.You may need to use your pick tool to resize to fit around the large circle. Add a new raster layer, slowly guide your font tool over the circle until you see it sideways with a curved line under the A. Type out name, as many times as needed. Convert this layer to a raster layer and you may now delete the vector circle layer you had created.<br />
<br />
