This tutorial was written by me, Lori, on Jan. 12, 2010.
And it was written for those who should already have a basic knowledge of working with PSP. I used Paint Shop Pro XI

Supplies needed

Tube(s) of choice, I used the Gorjuss Artwork by ©Suzanne Woolcott, you must purchase a license found here.
PTU Scrapkit by Tamsin McAtee Studios called "Oh Cherry Baby" No longer available
(or you may use the cute ones supplied in the kit from Luscious Scraps, example of the tag w/that one below Tutorial.)
Tag template#40 by Rachael of Scraps of Enchantment and can be found here. Download link is to the right, download templates #27-41.
Font of choice (I used Affair)
Word art by Beth of Blissfully Beth and can be found here.

Please remember to stop and save often.
Add drop shadow of choice as you go. Refer to my example as needed, merge layers down as needed to make things a little eaiser.

Let's Rock this Tutorial!!
Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open papers 4, 9,10,11,and 12. Minimize for later use.
Go to the BlackSquare layer, with your magic wand click in the middle of the square, add new raster layer, paste paper 12 into selection. Delete original layer.

Open Glitter two, copy and paste as new layer, resize as needed and arrange to the left. Go to Layers-Duplicate. Image-Mirror-Flip.

Go to the RoundedRectangle layer, with your magic wand click in the middle of the rectangle,add new raster layer, paste paper 9 into selection. Delete original layer.

Open FlowerSwirly2, copy and paste as new layer, resize as needed and arrange to the right on top of the Rectangle.

Go to the GreySquare layer, with your magic wand click in the middle of the square, add new raster layer, paste paper 4 into selection. Delete original layer.

Go to the WhiteFrame layer, with your magic wand click on the white of the frame, add new raster layer, paste paper 11 into selection. Delete original layer.

Go to the ScallopStrip layer, with your magic wand click on the ScallopStrip, add new raster layer, paste paper10 into selection. Delete original layer.

Open Beadstring1, go to Image-Rotate Right. Copy and paste as new layer, resize and arrange on top of the ScallopStrip.

Open teenyflowers 1&2, copy and paste as new layers, resize teenyflower2 arrange above the FlowerSwirly. Go to Layers-Duplicate and arrange below the FlowerSwirly. Arrange teenyflower1 below that one.

Open heartpillow 1&2 paste as new layers, resize and arrange heartpillow1 above the LrgeHeart layer, on the left, resize heartpillow2 a little smaller and arrange above SmallHeart layer. Delete both origianl heart layers.

Go to BrushBottom layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat. Paste paper 10 into selection. Do this for the BrushTop layer also.

Add word art of choice, resize and arrange above the larger heartpillow. Add Gradient Glow of choice.

Add tube of choice, arrange inside of frame.

Add name , Copyright info, license and save!
