This tutorial was written by me, Lori, on Dec. 13. 2009.

And it was written for those who should already have a basic knowledge of working with PSP. I used Paint Shop Pro XI Do not copy this tutorial and post it through any group or claim it as your own. Please share a text link only.

Supplies needed

Tube(s) of choice, I used the Gorjuss Artwork by ©Suzanne Woolcott, you must purchase a license found here. (or you may use the cute ones supplied in the kit, example of the tag w/that one below Tutorial.)

Tag template#11 by Caitlin of Cupcake Sprinkles and can be found here. Download link is to the right.

PTU Scrapkit by Shani of Wicked Princess called "Friends Forever" and can be found here.

Font of choice (I used Monotype Corsiva)

Word art by Me and can found here. (or you can use your own)

Please remember to stop and save often.

Add drop shadow of choice as you go. Refer to my example as needed, merge layers down as needed to make things a little eaiser.

Let's Rock this Tutorial!!

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original. Resize Canvas 800 x 800, you may crop and/or resize later.

Open paper 15, resize 669x624 pixels. Copy and paste as new layer above Scalloped Background. Select-All-Float-Defloat-Invert. go to paper15 and hit delete key on keyboard.

Go to Square one layer, Open notepaper1 resize 208-x312pixels, paste as new layer go to Image-Free Rotate and rotate to the right 10.00degrees, making sure that Rotate Single layer around canvas center is checked. Arrange over Square one Frame, Delete Square one frame and Spuare one..

Open word art resize to 185x114 pixels, copy and paste as new layer, go to Image-Free Rotate and rotate with the same settings as the notepaper.

Go to Square two, Select-All-Float-Defloat, add new raster layer and copy and paste paper17 into selection. Delete Square two layer.

Open Frame Element, resize 261x314 pixels, copy and paste as new layer and arrange over Square two frame. Delete Square two frame.

Open tube of choice (or use the cute one supplied in the kit) , resize and arrange to fit inside frame.

Open BloosomBoquet, copy and paste above the frame. Go to Image-Mirror and arrange to the right of tag.

Paste tube of choice and arrange below the Heart cluster layer.

Open Flair2 resize 100x100copy and paste above white hearts, over the second white heart on the bottom row on the left side. Go to Image-Free Rotate and rotate to the left 30.00degrees, making sure that Rotate Single layer around canvas center is checked. Go to Layers- Duplicate layer, go to Image-Mirror. Go to Layers-Merge-Merge Down.

With the Flair2 layer activated. Open flowerstring, copy and paste as new layer, arrange over the black line. Delete black line.

Open Heartcluster, resize 164x159pixels, copy and paste as new layer, arrange to the right, over the large heart. Go to Layers- Duplicate layer, go to Image-Mirror. Go to Layers- Duplicate layer, go to Image-Mirror. Go to Layers-Merge-Merge Down.

Delete all original heart layers.

Open Bottlecap2, resize 166x166pixels. Copy, paste as new layer and arrange btween the 2 Flairs. Delete white hearts layer.

Add name , Copyright info, license and save!
