Makin' Whoopee

This tutorial was written by me, Lori, on Nov. 27. 2009.
And it was written for those who should already have a basic knowledge of working with PSP. I used Paint Shop Pro XI
Do not copy this tutorial and post it through any group or claim it as your own. Please share a text link only. If you use this tutorial please send me a copy of the tag you made with it to my e-mail to the left. I'd LOVE to see the creations and post into my slide show! Thank You!
Any resemblance to any other tutorial is strictly coincidental.

Supplies needed
Tube(s) of choice, I used Rion Vernon (PinupToons), you must purchase a license found here.
(or you may use the cute one supplied in the kit, example of the tag w/that one below Tutorial.)
PTU now FTU Scrapkit by Shani of Wicked Princess called "Enchanted Grace" and can be found here.
Font of choice
Please remember to stop and save often.
Add drop shadow of choice as you go. Refer to my example as needed, merge layers down as needed to make things a little eaiser.

Let's Rock this Tutorial!!

Open a new image, 651 x 554 pixels, transparent.

Open paper 7, copy. Go to new image, Select - All, paste into selection, Select - None.

Open Curtain, copy and paste as new layer, resize and arrange to the left, go to Layers - Duplicate. Go to Image - Mirror.

Open Trim, copy and paste as new layer below curtains, resize to fit between curtians.

Open Balldangle, copy and paste as a new layer below the trim, resize to fit between the curtains. So it's 'dangling' from the trim.

Open Music, copy, paste as new layer, resize and arrange to liking on the right.

Open Paino, copy, paste as new layer, resize and arrange to liking.

With your magic wand set to Selection-Rectangle, draw out a rectangle from edge to edge at the bottom portion of the image. Add new raster layer, arrange below the curtains. Click on flood fill, go to your materials pallette, click on the forground and stroke properties, click on patterns and find wood tile 1, which should be in the pre-set patterns, if not, just use a light to mid brown color. Flood fill so it looks like a floor.

Open RoseCluster, copy, paste as new layer, resize and arrange on the left to liking. Go to Layers - Duplicate. Go to Image - Mirror.

Open Candle4, copy, paste as new layer, resize and arrange on the left to liking.

Open Pillow, copy, paste as new layer, resize and arrange on the left to liking.

Open tube of choice, or you may use the one supplied in the kit, copy, paste as new layer, resize and arrange to liking.

You may add any wording of choice, I added a part to the song, 'Makin Whoopee'

Add name , Copyright info, license and save!
Thanks for Rocking Out my tutorial, I hope you enjoyed! ~Lori

Photobucket Thanks to Shani of Wicked Princess Scraps for the use of her kit, Strength In Me, a FTU kit to help raise awareness in testicular cancer. No matter what kind of cancer it is, if you love someone with cancer, be by their side and 'Love them through it'.
