This tutorial was written by me, Lori, on August 25, 2009.
And it was written for those who should already have a basic knowledge of working with PSP. I used Paint Shop Pro XI.

Supplies needed
Tube(s) of choice, I used Ismael Rac, you must purchase a license found here.
PTU Scrapkit by Alyssa's Scraps & Such called "Girlie Spots" (No longer available)
Mask of choice
Font of choice (I used Momma Script)
Plugins: Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact, Xero
Please remember to stop and save often.
Add drop shadow of choice as you go. Refer to my example as needed.

Let's Rock this Tutorial!!

Open frame #2 resize and arrange top left corner. With your magic wand, click in middle of frame expand by 5 add a new raster layer below the frame. Open paper #19, copy and paste into selection.

Open heartframe #2 resize and arrange to the right, so it's overlapping the cirlce frame. With your magic wand, click in middle of frame expand by 5 add a new raster layer below the frame. Open paper #20, copy and paste into selection.

Add your tube of choice position in middle of tag.

Using the same tube or a different one from the same artist, Paste as new layer center in middle of the heart. go to heart background layer
Select all ~~>float ~~>Invert, hit delet key on tube layer to remove any excess tube. Duplicate. Back to Orignal Layer, Go to Xero plug in ~~> Soft Mood using these Settings:
Haziness: 0
Glow Red: 255
Glow Green: 125
Glow Blue: 255
Brightness: 0
Contrast: 0

On Duplicate Layer go to Xero~~> Porcelain using these settings:
Softness: 50
Strength: 128
Brightness: 128
Red Channel: 0
Green Channel: 0
Blue Channel: 255

Open Flowers 1 & 2, copy and paste, resize and arrange to liking, go to Adjust~~>Sharpness~~>Sharpen, add drop shadow.

Open Diamond Swirl 1, copy and paste, resize and arrange to liking in circle frame; go to Adjust~~>Sharpness~~>Sharpen, add drop shadow.

Duplicate Diamond Swirl and paste in heart frame, making sure middle of swirl is behind tube.

Open Sexy Wordart1, copy and paste, resize and arrange in circle frame to liking; go to Adjust~~>Sharpness~~>Sharpen, add drop shadow.

Open Shoe 2, copy and paste, resize and arrange in circle frame to liking, go to Adjust~~>Sharpness~~>Sharpen, add drop shadow.

Open Lipstick (which came w/the freebe add on), copy and paste, resize and arrange in circle frame to liking, go to Adjust~~>Sharpness~~>Sharpen, add drop shadow.

Open bling, copy and paste, resize and arrange in left corner go to Layer~~>Duplicate. Image~~>Mirror. Duplicate that layer go to Image~~>Flip. Duplicate go to Image~~>Mirror.

Add new raster layer, send to bottom. Flood fill Black or color of choice. Add mask of choice.

Add name, Copyright info and license and save!
