This tutorial was written by me, Lori, on Jan. 19. 2010.
And it was written for those who should already have a basic knowledge of working with PSP. I used Paint Shop Pro XI

Supplies needed
Tube(s) of choice, I used the FTU Artwork by ©Popeye Wong, you can download his work here.

PTU Scrapkit by Shani of Wicked Princess called "Funky Kind of Love" and can be found here.
Font of choice (I used Black Rose)

Tag template#132 by Kristin of Toxic Desires and can be found here. (there's a list to the right of her templates)

Please remember to stop and save often.
Add drop shadow of choice as you go. Refer to my example as needed, merge layers down as needed to make things a little eaiser.

Let's Rock this Tutorial!!

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original. Resize Canvas 750 x 750, you may crop and/or resize later.

Open papers 1, 2, and 3. Minimize for later use.

Go to Rectangle layer, with your magic wand, click in the middle of the Rectangle, go to Selections-Float-Defloat, add new raster layer and paste paper2 into selection. Delete original layer.

Go to Pixel Wordart 2 layer, with your color change tool pick a red from the tube or kit color, click in the middle of the small hearts.

Add heartstringbling to the left of rectangle beside the wordart. go to Layers-Duplicate. Go to Image-Mirror.

Go to Sm Heart, with your magic wand, click in the middle of the Sm Heart, go to Selections-Float-Defloat, add new raster layer and paste paper2 into selection. Delete original layer.

Go to Circle layer, with your magic wand, click in the middle of the Circle, go to Selections-Float-Defloat, add new raster layer and paste paper1 into selection. Delete original layer.

Go to Lg Heart, with your magic wand, click in the middle of the Lg Heart, go to Selections-Float-Defloat, add new raster layer and paste paper1 into selection. Delete original layer. Go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise with these settings: Uniform; Noise 25%; Monochrome checked.

Go to Frame By Kristin, with your magic wand, click in the middle of the Frame By Kristin, go to Selections-Float-Defloat, add new raster layer and paste paper3 into selection. Delete original layer. Go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise with these settings: Uniform; Noise 50%; Monochrome checked.

Arrange the Dirty Mind word art to the top right side of tag. With your magic wand click inside each heart, add new raster layer and paste paper1 into selection.

Got to Dirty Mind layer, with your color change tool, pick a red from the tube and click inside the pink of the wordart, very carefully with your eraser tool, erase the white hearts.

Add handcuffs from the kit and arrange so they are hanging from the wordart.

Add Glitter splat, resize and arrange to the top left of tag. Go to Image-Mirror-Flip.

Add any other elements of choice.

Add tube of choice.

Add name , Copyright info, license and save!
