This tutorial was written by me, Lori, on Jan 21, 2010.

And it was written for those who should already have a basic knowledge of working with PSP. I used Paint Shop Pro XI

Supplies needed

Tube(s) of choice, I used the PTU Artwork of ©Barbara Jensen, you must purchase a license to use her artwork here.
Or you may use one of the cute tubes included in the kit from Luscious Scraps..example below the tutorial.

PTU Scrapkit by Tamsin McAtee Studios called "Down In the Hollow" No longer available.

Tag template#63 by Sara of Saras Scraps No longer available but you can scraplift :)

Font of choice (I used CAC Champagne)

Please remember to stop and save often.

Add drop shadow of choice as you go. Refer to my example as needed, merge layers down as needed to make things a little eaiser.

Let's Rock this Tutorial!!

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Resize canvas to 800 x 800, you will crop and resize later. Close the original.

Open papers 2, 3, 4, 11 and 12, Minimize for later use.

Go to oval layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat. Add new raster layer, copy and paste paper 11 into selection. Delete original layer.

Go to rectangle 1 layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat. Add new raster layer, copy and paste paper 3 into selection. Delete original layer.

Go to tone layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat. Add new raster layer, copy and paste paper 4 into selection. Delete original layer.

Open frame2 element, paste as new layer and resize as needed, arrange to liking on the top left side

Open elements, blossom, branch2, leaves4 and flowers 2&1, paste as new layers in that order and resize as needed, arrange to liking on the top left side on top of frame.

Go to rectangle 2 layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat. Add new raster layer, copy and paste paper 2 into selection. Delete original layer.

Go to frame backgrounds 1, Select-All-Float-Defloat. Add new raster layer, copy and paste paper 12 into selection. Do the same to the other frame background. Delete original layers.

Open string element, paste as a new layer, resize and arrange to fit to the top of the frame background on the right. Duplicate layer, arrange to the bottom of the frame background on the right. Do the same with the frame background on the left.

Go to frame 1 layer, with your color change tool, change the color to #643420. Do the same to the other frame. Delete original layers.

Open the rainbow element, paste as a new layer, resize and arrange to fit to the right of the oval. Go to the oval, Selections-All-Float-Defloat-Invert. Go to the rainbow layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard.

Add tube of choice, arrange to the left.

Add word art choice, arrange inside the frame on the right.

Open the cluster1 element, paste as a new layer, resize and arrange over the bottom of the tube.

Add any other elements of choice.

Crop and resize to liking.

Add name, Copyright info, and save!
