And it was written for those who should already have a basic knowledge of working with PSP. I used Paint Shop Pro XI. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is strictly coincidental.

Supplies needed
Tube(s) of choice, I used Elias Chatzoudis, you must purchase a license found here.
FTU Scrapkit by Bluey called "BCA-2009" and can be found here.
Template #29 by Marcia of Babe's Designz No longer available.
Font of choice
Plugins: Eye Candy 4000 Impact, Xero

Please remember to stop and save often.
Add drop shadow of choice as you go. Refer to my example as needed

Let's Rock this Tutorial!!

Open Template, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Close the original.

Open several papers of choice and resize to percentage seen in the blue bar, which will bring it to 100%.

Go to layer1, Select-All-Float-Defloat-Modify-Expand by 1, copy and paste paper of choice as new layer, Selections-Invert, hit delete key on keyboard. Delete original layer. Do this with all layers except layer 5.

Open frame5, copy and paste as new layer above layer 5, resize to likeing and arrange over the frame on layer 5. Delete orgianl layer.

Open clip, copy and paste as new layer, resize and arrange in upper right corner.

Open charm1, copy and paste as new layer, resize and arrange in upper right corner above clip. With your eraser tool, carefully erase part of the top ring so it looks like it's going through the clip.

Open heart, copy and paste as new layer, resize and arrange in bottom left corner.

Open label 3, copy and paste as new layer, resize and arrange in top left corner.

Open tube of choice copy and paste as new layer. Duplicate and mirror and arrange below the cirlce frame. Go to Adjust-Hue and Saturation with both being set at 0. Duplicate layer, on the top tube layer go to Adjust, Gaussian Blur with the radius set at 10.00. Arrange below original layer, click on original layer set the visiablity at 67. Select inside the frame, go to Selections-Invert, hit delete key on keyboard. Do the same for both frame layers on the right.

Add name , Copyright info, license and save!
