Let's Rock this Tutorial!!

Open the template in PSP, using your shortcut keys on your keyboard (SHIFT+D) duplicate the template as a new image. Resize canvas to 800 x 800, you can resize and/crop later. Close the original.

Open papers 7, 8,17 and 21. Resize as needed. For example, when I look at the blue bar where it tells me what I've opened paper1, it tells me what percentage I'm viewing it at. For me it's usually 16%, so I resize to 16% bringing it to 100%. ( I hope that made sense!) Once you've done this, minimize for later use.

Go to the wordart layers, Image-free rotate- to the right at a 270 degree angle. Arrange to the left of the tag, over the shamrock.Arranging 'Irish Babe' so that the word art and glitter word art fit with each other. Change the color of the glitter word art to #fec472. Go to the regular wordart. Select-All-Float-Defloat add new raster layer and flood fill with #306e2e. Delete the original layer. Add a gradient glow to the 'beautiful' word art using #fec472. Add a drop shadow with these settings to the 'beautiful' wordart: Vertical: 0; Horizontal: 0; Opacity: 100; Blur: 20.00; color: #306e2e

Go to raster3 layer, paste paper17 as a new layer, you may want to resize a little smaller to fit inside the rectangle. Go to the original layer,Select-All-Float-Defloat- Invert, go to paper17 layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Delete original layer

Go to the green circle layer, paste paper21 as a new layer, you may want to resize a little smaller to fit inside the circle. Go to the original layer,Select-All-Float-Defloat- Select-All-Float-Defloat-Invert, go to paper21 layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Delete original layer.

Open two Gold Twisted Ropes of choice, paste as a new layers, resize and arrange to the left of the circle, duplicating one and alternating them right next to each other. Go to the lg circle, Select-Al-Float-Defloat-Invert, go to each rope layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard.

Add close up of tube of choice and arrange to fit inside of lg circle. Go to Effects-Photo effects and add a black and white film. Go to Effects-Xero- Porcelian using these settings: 50-128-128-0-0-255. Duplicate layer. Go to original tube layer Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur with settings at Radius: 10.00. Go to Duplicated tube layer and set visibity at 50.

Go to the white circle layer, copy and paste frame01 as a new layer, resize and arrange to fit over the white circle layer, delete the white circle layer.

Go to the clover layer, copy and paste clover of choice as a new layer, resize and arrange to fit over the original clover, delete the original layer.

Go to Raster 5, copy and paste a beaded frame of choice as new layer, resize to fit over the small white circle. Open frame02, copy and paste as a new layer, resize and arrange to fit over the inner beaded frame circle. Delete both original small circles.

Go to copy of vecter1 layer, paste paper2 as a new layer, you may want to resize a little smaller to fit inside the square. Go to the original layer,Select-All-Float-Defloat- Select-All-Float-Defloat-Invert, go to paper2 layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard.

Go to Raster6 layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat-Modify and contract by 6, hit the delete key on keyboard. paste paper1 as a new layer, you may want to resize a little smaller to fit inside the square. Go back to Raster6 layer, Select-All-Float-Defloat-Invert, go to paper1 layer and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Delete original layer

Add tube of choice to fit inside of frame. Go to Effects-Xero- Porcelian using these settings: 50-128-128-0-0-255. Duplicating tube if necessary and arranging on top of the frame, carefully erasing any part of the top tube you wish not to 'overhang' from the frame and leaving any you wish to.

Add main tube of choice resize and arrange to the left, just on side of the circle.

Add any other elements of choice.
